Kalman G. Goren

Mr. Goren concentrates his practice in the areas of employee benefits and business and estate planning.

Kal has practiced in the area of tax-qualified retirement plans since before the passage of ERISA. He has had extensive experience in representing both individuals and employers in all aspects of tax-qualified retirement plans. Kal has been involved with over 1,200 retirement plans. In the non-tax qualified area, he has represented a wide range of employers, including a hospital holding company and several credit unions, in implementing supplement retirement plans for the benefit of their key employees.

Kal is a member of the Oakland County and American (member, Section on Employee Benefits) Bar Associations; State Bar of Michigan (member, Sections on Employee Benefits; Taxation; Corporations); Member, Moot Court Board.
