Mr. Denha is an associate in the estate and business planning division. Mr. Denha's primary area of practice is Business and Corporate Law including advising closely held companies with business formation and planning. Also concentrates in the area Real Property Law including preparation, drafting, and reviewing leases for both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Lease Agreements, advising clients with respect to Landlord-Tenant Law, and handling property tax appeals.
