Thomas J. Mohan

Mr. Mohan concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and business planning as well as elder law. He is a frequent lecturer throughout Michigan on estate and business planning topics.

Mr. Mohan is a graduate of Western Michigan University (B.A., 1982); Thomas M. Cooley School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1986) Staff Member, Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, 1985-1986. Mr. Mohan's bar admissions include: Michigan and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member: Section on: Probate and Corporate).
